An application for outline planning permission for a residential development (up to 54 dwellings) associated works including infrastructure, landscaping and the construction of new vehicular and pedestrian access off Thatcham Avenue and Valley Gardens Kingsway and additional pedestrian accesses off Rudloe Drive, Kingsway, Quedgeley, Gloucester is currently being prepared.

Before the application is submitted to Gloucester City Council, we are seeking the views of the local community on the draft proposals.
